i have really giving much time in my resach trying to find out easy and good way where by you can brows free using your blackberry with out bis subscription here are the easy way to do that
all you have to do is to flow the steps below.

  first you have to make some settings on your blackberry phones to setup your TCP settings.
now you will need to configure your BB for Free Internet browsing:

n your BlackBerry menu,
how to do that is to kindly go to Options>>Advanced
next Options>>TCP
and then enter your APN information from your GSM provider
(MTN, Glo, Airtel or Etisalat). These are the TCP APN
settings for all of the providers in this country


Now what you have to do is to do some manul configuration.
 for your apn network
i have two common network here you can use any of them depending what you want

 APN for Etisalat: etisalat
APN for MTN: web.gprs.mtnngeria.net
[Username = web, Password = web)
APN for Zain: internet.ng.zain.com
APN for Globacom: gloflat (for modem)
[Username = nothing, Password = nothing)
APN for Globacom: glowap (for wap browsers)

APN for Etisalat: etisalat
APN for MTN: web.gprs.mtnngeria.net
[Username = web, Password = web)
APN for Zain: internet.ng.zain.com
APN for Globacom: gloflat (for modem)
 [Username = nothing, Password = nothing)
APN for Globacom: glowap (for wap browsers)
web.gprs.mtnngeria.net [Username = web, Password = web)


APN for Zain: internet.ng.zain.com
APN for Globacom: gloflat (for modem)

Once you are done with these settings, then you should get a browser to surf the internet.
