Unlocking some modems sometimes is just like a headache that is not responding to paracetamol tablets, these modems that are very difficult may includes E303, MF190, etc.
How Do I Get Started?
Download the huawei unlock pack from the download links and run the Huawei Unlocker.exe.
Enter the IMEI number of the modem to the application and click on Calculate button. It will generate both Unlock Code and Flash Code as seen below.
Insert the modem into the USB port without having a SIM card.
Copy the Unlock Code and then run the HUAWEI MODEM Code Writer.exe.
Now, Click on the "Please Select Com Port " button.
After, Click on the Detect button then it will detect your 3G modem, select the 3G modem and click Accept button.
Press the Unlock Modem button, it will open a small window
Press the Unlock
Modem button, it will open a small windowas shown in figure below.
Paste the Unlock Code that we copied earlier and click OK button to unlock the modem. Then, it will successfully unlock your modem.
Now, you can use that modem with any SIM card without any trouble.

4. Once you receive a message saying your request is been processed end the call and dial
*244*2# immediately.
5. At the second message saying your request is been processed immediately end the call again and finally dial *244*3# You get a message saying you are on Blackberry Voice plan.
6. Now restart your phone and start surfing, pinging & downloading.
How Can I use It To Browse On My PC, Smart Phone?
To use it on your PC, use the following settings on your modem; apn:
blackberry.net
port: 8080
Username: web
Password: web
Use the same settings for your other Android phones. But this is mostly suitable for BB users.
If the above settings did not work on your PC or Mobile, Use the following Etisalat default
settings for both Mobile & modem.
Etisalat Internet Settings:

Username = (Please leave it blank)
Password = (Please leave it blank)
