Step by step guide of registration in FUTA.2011/2012 REGISTRATION METHOD.

Important Information!
This online POST UTME Screening Form Filling is in three (3) stages and you must duely complete each stage before procedding to the next one.
Stage 1-[Payment to the bank]
1. Go to your respective bank
2. Obtain a deposit slip.
3. Fill the deposit slip as follows:
*. Write your UTME/DE Registration number at the top left of the slip
*. Write your candidate’s name as name of the depositor
*. Write your (Candidate’s) phone number as depositor’s phone number
*. Click here to see sample deposit slip
*. Give the deposit slip to the bank teller and through the E-Tranzact platform
NOTE: Ensure that the teller accepts your payment only on E-tranzact platform for Post UTME.
*. Collect E-Tranzact print-out of your payment details.

a. Supply the following information as contained on your printout from the bank:
*. UTME/DE Registration Number
*. Receipt Number
*. Confirmation Order Number. b. Account Creation
*. Supply your UTME/DE REG NO
*. Create your own password
*. Supply valid e-mail address

a. To Login to your Form , pls follow the steps below
*. Select screening type: (UTME for UTME candidate DE for Direct EntryCandidate)
*. Choose what choice of university you made Futa (1st, 2nd, or both).
*. Supply your Account Information
*. Your UTME/DE Reg. No
*. Password (the password you created at account creation). b. Registration For Screening
*. Supply the information requested;carefully upload your recent passport photograph which shouldnot be more than 8kb in size and of JPEG/JPG picture format.
