for eg.you want to create something like this,just fill the IP with your ip.e.g
ip: 010.199.212.002.
port: 8080
APN MEANS ACCESS POINT.
So you can create your very own prov file.
Then click on
GENERATE.

then you can download it.

STEP 2
don't be afraid,the file will go into your GALLERY,BUT DON'T MIND,find another phone with BLUETOOTH,send it to the phone,and send it back to your phone,you'll recieve it back to your phone as this.
'ACCEPT DEFAULT CONFIGURATION SETTINGS",accept it.
But pls,download the prov file with someone else phone and send it to yours.
