1. Before you open any 2go account, the only means of verification is phone number.
So if you're with the same phone number you used to open your 2go account you want to retrieve the lost or forgotten password, then just insert the simcard.

2. Insert the number you used to open that particular 2go account you lost or forgot the password.
Make sure you have N30 or above on that simcard.

3. Go to your message, then send an SMS with the words ' 2go password ' to this number 32120

4. Within seconds, you'll recieve your password from 2go, but it 2go will automatically deduct N30 from your simcard.
Then you can use the password to login and chat with your friends on 2go again.
